We all know countless people that have tried a 12 week program or a detox that might help temporarily, but they ultimately end up back to their old habits soon after it’s over. My approach is based on scientific research and shaped by many of my own experiences. I look at the human body as the sum of many parts. My job is to identify the areas that are lacking attention and thus causing discomfort and often unhappiness. An unknown food allergy or too much time spent sitting behind a computer can have a domino effect on your entire well being. By treating you as a whole person, nourishing your body with whole foods, removing toxins and addictive substances, even managing stress – we are taking care of the underlying causes of weight-gain, fatigue and even disease.

While it will be my job to provide you with the information and tools necessary to improve your short and long term health, it’s your job to want to be better, it’s your job to act.
