Keto, Atkins, Paleo, Vegan, Raw, FODMAPS… the array of information out there about eating well is copious and confusing. There is no limit to the vast landscape of diets you can try. The truth is, all diets are a little bit right and a little bit wrong, depending on each individual and your conditions and requirements.
As a general rule, there are universal nutritional guidelines that work for most people.
- hydrate
- get your fats straight
- eat good quality meats
- don’t diet or deprive
