The secret to kicking sugar cravings? Have a healthier desert alternative instead of a sugar filled one.

I don’t believe there’s any room for deprivation or restriction in a healthy balanced lifestyle. I’ve tried restrictive diets, they are unsustainable, and only leave you with stronger cravings which lead to bingeing. If you’re craving something sweet just make a healthier, smarter decision about what that will be. Whether that’s a fruit salad, strawberries coated in dark chocolate, or these delicious sugar free Chocolate Walnut Brownies!
