🗓 Every Monday morning - Fraser Avenue Lawn, Kings Park.
We start with 20 minutes of movement to wake up the body and get the blood pumping. This is a short and effective movement sequence that focuses on stabilising the joints and improving mobility for all ages and fitness levels.
Now we come up for air with a guided breathing session to enhance focus and energise us for the day ahead.
We finish with a short but powerful meditation. Through meditation, you will become aware of how often you're distracted and how to come back to the task at hand.
Coffee (or smoothie) and chit chat for anyone that has the time before the work day begins.
