Working together, we will define your health goals and consider any roadblocks. Then, we will build a program to help you achieve those goals and maintain them for life through a simple but powerful diet, exercise, sleep, and stress management plan.

In case you’re new here, hi! I’m Amanda, but my Mum calls me Mandy. My approach to whole-body health came after years of feeling unwell — I had hit rock bottom. I healed myself through food and respecting my body. And I’m ready to help you, too.

I take the confusion out of how to be healthy through easy-to-digest, research backed information wrapped up in practical, easy-to-implement tips.

I want to show you how to eat well, move more, sleep better and stress less in a gradual and sustainable way. The aim is for you to be happier and healthier in the long term.

I truly believe we can all thrive and improve our health without deprivation.
